At Femme, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping zones, delivery timeframes, costs, and what to expect during the delivery process.

All products are carefully packaged and shipped within Egypt only.


Shipping Zones & Delivery Areas

We currently ship to select governorates within Egypt.

Standard Delivery:

  • Available to most major governorates across Egypt

  • Delivery time: 3-6 business days from order confirmation

Local Express Delivery (Mansoura Only):

  • Faster delivery available for customers in Mansoura

  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day)

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Bosta (primary courier service)

  • Local couriers (for select areas)

All orders are handled with care and dispatched in neutral packaging to protect your privacy.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status through:

Email Updates:

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched

  • Click the tracking link in your email to view real-time delivery updates

Customer Portal:

  • Log in to your Femme account

  • Go to "Order History" to view tracking details and delivery status

Delivery Process

What to Expect:

  1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your order and payment

  2. Processing: Your order is prepared and packaged within 24 hours

  3. Dispatch: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

  4. In Transit: Track your order using the provided tracking link

  5. Delivery: Our courier partner will deliver to your specified address

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier will attempt delivery during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)

  • If you are not available, the courier will re-attempt delivery the next business day

  • You may receive a call or SMS from the courier before delivery

Failed Delivery:

If multiple delivery attempts fail, the outcome depends on the reason:

  • Customer unavailable: We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time or pickup location

  • Incorrect address: You will need to provide the correct address; additional shipping fees may apply

  • Customer refused delivery: The order will be returned, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund (if applicable)


Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Most Governorates): 3-6 business days
Local Express (Mansoura): 1-3 business days

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Day 1: Order processing

  • Day 2-3: In transit

  • Day 3-6: Delivered to your address

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or peak shopping seasons (Ramadan, Eid, etc.)

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations


Seasonal Delays

During peak seasons and holidays (such as Ramadan, Eid, national holidays), shipping and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes and courier capacity.

We will notify customers via email if we anticipate any significant delays during these periods.


Packaging

All orders are shipped in neutral packaging bags to ensure discretion and protect your items during transit.

While we do not currently offer branded gift wrapping, your items will arrive in excellent condition and ready to enjoy.


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if any issues occur during delivery, please contact us immediately.

Damaged Items:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via whats app on 01023916541 within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your order, please contact us immediately

  • We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue

  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund

Wrong Item Received:

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us via whats app on 01023916541 immediately

  • Do not return the item until we provide instructions

  • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost

Important: Please do not refuse delivery or return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refunds.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Egypt only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Certain remote or restricted areas within Egypt may not be serviced by our courier partners. If your area is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Re-shipment fees may apply if the return was due to customer error (e.g., wrong address provided, customer unavailable for multiple attempts).


Customs & Import Duties

As we only ship within Egypt, there are no customs or import duties applicable to your order.
